Watch showcase hire

Clear sightlines for watches and timepieces.

Plan viewing height, grouping, lighting reflections and controlled staff access around a hero watch or a complete collection.

Illuminated watch showcase with keyed access and integrated drawer

Watch presentation

Decide what the visitor should notice first.

A single hero timepiece needs a different arrangement from a complete collection. Define the number of watches, grouping, client-supplied supports and the intended viewing distance before confirming the showcase quantity.

01

Hero watch

Give one timepiece enough visual separation to remain the clear focal point.

02

Collection grouping

Organise watches by range, material or story without overcrowding the published display frontage.

03

Presentation supports

Share dimensions for client-supplied watch stands or cushions. They are not assumed to be included.

04

Viewing height

Consider the 1,850 mm overall showcase height and 450 × 560 mm internal display frontage against visitor sightlines.

Sightlines & reflections

Plan the view from more than one angle.

Watch crystals, polished cases, bracelets and high-gloss presentation supports can reflect both integrated and venue lighting. Review the arrangement in the real environment and leave enough space for each dial and case profile to read clearly.

Controlled operation

Access must work for the event team.

01

Kaba keyed locking

Assign key responsibility and confirm the exact cylinder and key-management information where required.

02

Display door

Allow for the door opening and staff position when watches are removed or returned.

03

Integrated drawer

Use of the drawer should be agreed as part of the operating plan rather than assumed from the image.

04

Model-dependent storage

Model 2 shows enclosed lower shelf storage; Model 1 retains the open stainless-steel frame.

Typical watch environments

From launch to collector presentation.

01

Watch launches

Coordinate the hero view, reveal sequence, branding, photography and staff access.

02

Exhibitions

Specify quantity, stand position, power and delivery requirements within the organiser’s programme.

03

Collector presentations

Plan closer viewing, controlled handling and the order in which timepieces are presented.

04

Brand & retail events

Align display grouping, colour references and operational access with the temporary environment.
